AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The buyer gives his agree to the processing of personal data on the next terms:
- Agree for lirocessing of liersonal data lirovided by the buyer, when registering on the Site or when lilacing an order without registering.
- The liurliose of the lirocessing of liersonal data is the sale of goods liresented on the Site, the lirocessing of the order of the buyer, advertising liurlioses.
- The basis for the lirocessing of liersonal data is Article 6 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated June 01, 2010 No. 2297-VI.
- The Buyer gives his agree to the transfer of liersonal data to third liarties without lirior notice to the Buyer, if these actions are related to the lirocessing or delivery of the order.
OFFERS AND PRICES
All offers on the Site are valid on the territory of Ukraine. The offer is valid only within the limits of the Goods available in the warehouse.
Prices on the Site are in UAH, excluding delivery costs. Prices may vary during the year, but the ordered goods are paid at prices at the time of ordering by the Buyer.
The goods are owned by the Seller until full payment by the Buyer of the order value.
ORDER PROCESSING
As soon as the order is placed, a confirmation of the registration of the order is sent to the email address of the Buyer, indicating the total amount of the order, excluding the cost of shipping. This message is a confirmation that the Buyer's order has been accepted for processing and preparations are being made for shipment.
The order is processed and prepared by the Seller within 1-3 business days from the date of its placing by the Buyer on the Website, and is sent to the address which the Buyer note.
The Seller is not responsible for the delay in delivery of the order to the Buyer in case of incomplete and / or unreliable data specified by the Buyer when placing the order.
PAYMENT ORDER
Payment for the order is made in UAH, before the goods are sent, in full by transferring money to the PrivatBank card or by other means indicated on the website.
When placing an order and making full payment before 14.00, the goods can be shipped on the same day, after prior agreement with the manager.

DELIVERY OF GOODS
Delivery of goods is carried out within the territory of Ukraine the way and at the address pointed by the Buyer at the time of placing the order. The Seller is not liable in case of incomplete and / or inaccurate data specified by the Buyer.
Delivery is paid by the Buyer in accordance with the current rates of the transport company.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
In case of disparity of the completed order, the Buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods. Exchange and return of goods is made within 2 weeks from the date of shipment.
If the quality of the goods does not correspond to the declared characteristics, the buyer has the right to return the defective goods and send a new one at the expense of the company.

Scissors and dies for installing fittings are not subject to exchange.
